what students?? they should come bak for our last issue to see how hard we work lol thats going to be the best paper yet. Was our paper picked out of all the NYC schools or was it puposily just based on our school?
oh and i think this is pretty cool it shows not only as our paper but also how a journalism school its self is important in every aspect of life. It shows how we stick out and i like that.
I really liked this article. It got our school out to the public and showed what we are about. I think since the article was about the blazer the author should have talked a little more about our class. For example the process we go through, and how we use indesighn (which some high schools don't). Which student are you referring to? maybe I was absent that day. I think overall this article was really good in showing all the things we do and what a great place it is for students interested in pursuing a career in writing or just about any other career choice.
what students? haha i don't remember it much but I enjoyed the article. It gave us publicity and credit for our hard work. I wonder if he chose our school out of all schools in queens or just randomnly.... i really liked it :D
I thought that the article could have been written better, because he was scattering around talking about different things, and it could have flowed better. I liked that our school and newspaper was actually talked about, it is really appreciative to talk about us and get kids in our grade interviewed, but why didn't he interview any of us? If it was really about the Blazer, he should have come in to our class, and talked to us individually. I wasn't really sure what the article was about, because he seemed to just be talking about what the school does. Overall, it was a nice article, but could have been focused on the newspaper more.(I wrote a lot of constructive criticism)
i think that he should have interviewed us instead of people in broadcast, and if it was about the newspaper he should have written more about it. He even spelled Eleni's last name wrong and why would he say the newspaper was dying out? He did interview Ms. Schneider and I thought it was good that he interviewed other kids in the school, I just think it would be better to interview us and get our viewpoints on the newspaper and what we do.
