The three packets were very good examples of showing what a feature will look like, and on one of the packets there is a whole feature story. The article was human interest and the lead was like a narrative of describing a place. the author was able to put in facts and also hard news from cited areas, while still sounding fun, and catching the readers attention. The other paper, called drawing readers in with feature writing, was very explanatory, and I liked it a lot. It showed you what kind of leads you can use, and even gave examples,. and told you the do's and dont's of feature writing. It can come in handy when you are writing your work, in order to see if you are doing your work correctly.
After I read all three packets about examples of what a feature story was like. On one of the packetsi liked how they discribed the story anad how to write one. I liked how the author used the facts about the feature artcile is about and I liked how it grabs the reader and tells use how and what is important to have in a feature story. It tells and shows you how and what a lead is.

I think that these packets were very helpful. They showed you what kinds of things should go into a feature article and what they look like. i think that the packet that showed an example of a feature artciel broken down into parts was the most helpful becuase you can use it as an outline for your own articles.
Skim-reading the packets i found a couple of the pages to be helpful for writing feature. As I read the packets, I can think of acouple of feature topics to write abou that might do the public some good. I like the way one packet broke down everything that should go in a feature and how it should look like when taken a part. Another packet shows that i can use creative words to get the reader excited about what he or she is reading about and how there are different types of leads i can start off with in a feature story. I like the packet with the "dos's and dont's" because I now know what to put and what not to put in a feature, where as i would have to keep buging the teacher to check my work if its right or not. Overall, I cant wait to experience writing a feature article about topic that i might be into.

what i liked about the packet is that it showed how to write a feature story. The lead i also liked because it had detail not just something catchy. I like the second paper also because it shows great examples of leads for feature and the negitives and positives of whats suppose to go into a feature story. I think as long as people follow it step by step they will do just fine. All answers r in packets of how to write a well done feature story.
From the packet, i enjoyed the lead parts the most. I thought that the pages that talked about that helped me understand how to stay objective but yet have more creativity than a news article. Which really does help me alot for my second draft of feature article. i also appericated how the packets informed that writing a feature article isn't the easiest and explains the reasons why this type of writing is the most diffcult. It helps me so i can focus on those areas and improve on them when i write my paper.
from the townhall meeting,
we can talk about the math-a-thon.
the charity work that advisories are working for (:
I say these packets were very helpfull to me and may be towards other people. They showed what should go into a feature article. The second one i liked because it showed a great way about leads on how they could be used in feature articles wich is what i need more work on.
i thought the packetes were helpful i felt that they explained alot about feuture writing.for the articles we can talk about the mathathon fundraiser the spain trip what the enviormental cub is doing forour school the clothing drive that is happenig again for anoter year.
After reading these packets I have a better understanding of feature articles in general. I thought I knew a lot about feature articles and how to write them. However, I didn't realize I had bin making mistakes all along. The dos and donts part helped me realize this. I think after reading these packets many people will have a better clarified understanding of feature articles.
i think these 3 packets were really helpful it gave us examples of the kind of things that should go in a feature article and how it should be structured .
i think that the three packets were a good help. i can definetly get ideas and some strategies to use in my writing. The lead was veryy descriptive, the article was mostly interesting and i like how the author put it together. News, facts, and hard news while still giving it that interesting idea to it. i am going to be using some of the strategies in my future writing.

The three packets were good examples of teaching what a feature would look like. The articles were human interest and the lead was a narrative describing a place.
News articles we could right about could be the charities that the advisories are putting together.

The three packets help alot to understand what a feature article look like and was was expected from it. This packet gave good examples. I liked one of the stories how the author used facts and how to grab the readers attetion and tells you how and what is important to have in a feature article. I though this will always come in handy when i am writing a feature article to check if i am doing my work good.
